Charles Arthur George passed to 3eme. It was then in the current place of ESPAS that they did the private course which originally was done in CEG 7, less than 2 miles from there. This Institute (ESPAS) as the former belongsto the council through the British Consulate here in Niamey through third parties.

  The 4eme private course was done under the theme of putting in Nigerien perspective with a smart creation of a small Nigerien community with all the different ethnic groups represented. There were two teachers that did the courses. Monsieur De Mato was incharge of Mathematics. Monsieur Ngzano teaches both Physics, and Science of Nature and Biology. There were two levels for the Private courses, the 4eme and 3eme levels.  

    In 4eme level, hewas doing, the council smartly introduced a Tuareg who was prevented as the nephew of Ngzano. A very bright and yellow skin student, with soft hair . The goal of the council being covered up the whiteness of the Prince heir to the throne by saying even in Niger there are white people. Years later, my university lecturer Hamed Issoufou built on on that by stating there are people of this ethnic group which have blue and green eyes as white. This statement is as false as the night is different of the day. Even in white race it is not all that have this characteristic but onlythose who have blond hair, when there is any Tuareg with blond hair. Then how one person of this group having a blue or green eyes? The all is a forced attempt to covered the blue eyedness of the Prince in his brain.

   This white student intend to put Charles in Nigerien perspective. The all stand to work out on himfeelingbeing Niger as even in the country there are people as white as you are. In vain as Charles' whiteness is dear to him as water is dear to the fish. 

The politics of putting Charles in Nigerien perspective in this period was logically accompany with African musical trend coming from Zaire, the current RD Congo. The musical genreis called Soukous. It is an African musical fashion in which they singers used any single western word, not even the French words when French is the official language of the country. The terrorist organization uses its influence to have the musical trend bevery popular in the circle of Charles'hostage keeping that it controls strictly. That music was followed in parallel by the American hip hop. Even his name of David wasn't taken at random as the name gives to the Prince to deport him was Beckham David Robert Joseph. David's album is no more no less dedicating to thebrainwashing ofthe prince intolerating his imprisonment with sounds as 'I am Walking', he continues in the song " from the trouble of my life...' Charles many times walk thinking about this lyric inviting him to forgot the injustices he had been and was victim of. It was withCraig David thatthey had him involved and had him getting interest in the American hip hop. 

  Arthur Charles did his 3eme in 1998, he was then aged 17 years old, he was adolescent and had the conscience of any single young of his age. More than ever he had homesick and want only to go home and being with his parents. It was inthis sad year on May 12 that is grandfather, King George VI passed away. O he was already reported deadin 1952. Deal with it as you want. Everything thatis declared officially is not always true.

    In 3eme as he was adolescent and was urging more than ever to go back home, the council registered him in Famey a private school of Niamey, less than 1 mile from the jail under its control through the British Consulate. It aimed to have greater  margin to brainwash him accepting his imprisonment . 

   He continued the private courses of Ngzana that became central in the hostage keeping algorithm.In Famey, a new girl was introduced, Ousseina and Nayusa. They are portrayed ascousins living in the house of the former. Their cousin shipwas not clearly exposed, though in reality they have nothing in common. Ousseina was from the Zarma ethnics and Nausawas a Husa.

  Nayusa's family was in 105 Logement area under the control of the council. They aredepicted as rich as the area they lived in is a wealthy neighborhood. But, Ousseina'sflaw was sheis portrayed as an orphan. Charles eyes fall on his classmate. They were doing also together the private courses of Ngzano. 

    She was very bright and looks deeply like Marsha. But together with her cousin Nayusa, they form the sisterhood of Marsha and Silvia mainly, and at a very few  extend that of the duo of Queen Elizabeth II and The Queen Mother in term of facial resembling. That participates in the same attempt of hiding the prince's family's memories in London hides by those of his adoptive American family. Over the courses, the complicity between the two grow. Many times, they sat on the same table.

   By March 1999, the students union of Famey scheduled a party. A Wednesday afternoon around 5pm, Ousseina invited Charles to the party, it was during the Math course of De Mato. Of course, he said yes, as any young of his age would do. The only problem was getting money to afford the two tickets and cover the remaining financial cost of the party. Not quite easy for the imprisoned Prince, without money. He managed to have some money that would cover the cost.

Few hours before the Party, the prince wore a black coat, after spending 15 years withoutcarrying such coat. He felt both excited by the party and the coat he wore. At his greatest deception in Ize Gani (the nightclub that hosted the show)Ousseina did not show. It was disappointed and shocked that he spend the hours of the party passing without her coming. She defended, she did not find the authorization from her uncle to attend the party. She could notparticipate the party as the Prince would feel having a normal sentimental life, when they wanted him broke. Their relation did not survive toher non attendance tothe party when that night nearly wasn't hedied on the way back in the back of a car without roof ( bachet in French). The car was crowded with young and the drive was drunk.

   Gradually, they become distant, while without the council interference they would have formed a pretty and solid couple. It was the first love of the prince, a first case marked by deception and feeling that women are not to be trusted. 

   Few weeks later, he attempted to rise up from this deception, he falls in love of another girl of Famey. She was bright as well and had somehow the same curve like his mother. He was invited by the girl in their house. It was Rihana her name. They exchange in French, they understand each other. He never imagined that in her house she would find the great surprise of his life. He finds less than two yards from their gate, two young, it was Rihana with a boy. They sat in three, he did not understand the nature of their relation. They were all conversingin three on many matters dealing with youth. Before even knowing who the boy was to her, another boy came he was senior of the prince of few years. The picture was three men for a women. Though still he neither know the relation that ties her with the two men, especially when they converse friendly as a band of friends. The mercenaries were playing in politics of options. 

   Few minutes later, the council made the man criticized the woman over having three boyfriends. It was then that it became clear to him that they all love the same woman. The Prince heir to the throne was disappointed and find unbearable over the man dramatization of the issue. He left and felt useless to continue courting a girl that had three boyfriends. That show was broadcasted by the terrorist organization to strengthen the prince feeling that he had from Ousseina that women are not be trusted, they always betrayed.

   Charles spent months and years the heart broke having a girlfriend was the last of his concern for him only matter regaining his freedom and being with his family. In the first year of grammar school, though surrounding by many classmates,  he was unstirred by them. Already, in the same epoch his best friend was Hadiza. The same game of clouding in his brain memories of his relatives and discourage him having a sentimental life continues. She was in 3eme as him. Hadiza was living in the neighboring house of the onr in which he was jailed. She stumbled with one foot, may be that play something in the fact that the young do not having a sentimental feeling for her. She was not placed around him for sentimental purpose, rather but to cloud the traumas of his simulated kidnapped while he was deported out of Galveston the feet chained before finding his mother in the jet. Hadiza has been trained to deal with the prince without him loving her. 

    She was chosen also looking as Marsha, I told you it is a carefully planned politics to hamper him having a sentimental life. Regularly Hadiza visited the prince in his room in the jail. Together they had intense friendship moment. She sat in the room and during minutes they exchanged about everything especially about matter regarding their studies.

The last unforgettable moment heshared with Ousseina was by the middle of 1999 academic year. It was some when around March. We have finished the day course with another student named Ayuba Assei Baduand her we leave the school and were headed at her house. Her cousin was sick and we were going to wish her good recovery. Badu was chosen for looking as Oscar, the prince main hostage keeper. In fact the illnesses of Nayusa was just a pretext to have Charles Arthur to see her portrayed rich family.

    In Seconde he was the delegate of his class one of the founding figure of the club "Les Amis" or "The Friends" which first founding meeting was done in his jails. He gathered for the first time, his classmates in his jail, during a night long conversation, they exchange around music. This club organized picnic at which the prince invited a school mate of Tuareg ethnic the clarification is needed as all his classmates were selected either for resembling his relatives or kidnappers. That woman looks like his mother. In Talwag, he spent an entire day with her, his head lying of her thighs. It was profoundly romantic. Once back from the picnic at the school she changed the friendly nature of their relation.  

    Two months early he has been victim of the same practice. He met at a picnic a girl and they became close friends for the time of the excursion. Once back she was made reacting as she wasn't the one with who he sympathizes. 

   We are then talking about 1999 events, and until then prince did not have his first intercourse. His sentimental relation never reached the level of sexual relation, they made sure that the relation never reached that level. Even in the closeness those girls were asked to be distant when it comes to physical contacts.

    Two years later on June 5, 2001 the Prince was deported to Aeroport a countryside suburb on the North side of the capital. There he was jailed isolating from any possibility of sentimental match. They take care that they are very few girls as possible in the surroundings of the jail for him to find a suitable match. The very few he could see, was uneducated and from deep religious covered up family. Systemically and methodically the sentimental life of the prince was put in bracket. We told you, they do not aim letting him have even the imprisonment.
